Terms & Conditions // Order Information and Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns for refunds, credits, or exchanges. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order before finalizing your purchase. For all orders, please ensure you have the correct mailing address. We are not responsible for packages that end up at the wrong location provided to us by the customer. Prices are displayed in United States Dollars.


Shipping terms and conditions?

We are not responsible for duties, taxes, or customs fees under any circumstance. The buyer is accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and other fees collected from the destination country. Correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for the product once it has shipped.

Please allow 5-7 business days for any given order to be processed, with the acceptance of 1-2 additional business days during high-volume sales periods (new releases). Orders are processed chronologically as they are received.

You will be sent an email confirmation when your parcel has shipped out. If selected, your parcel will have a tracking number. 33ten Co. is not responsible for any shipping delays caused by the courier.


Damages During Shipping.

33ten Co. is not responsible for lost or damaged orders to shipping. However, please send us an email with order number and photos of the damages, and we will try to facilitate compensation from the shipping company on your behalf.
